Our Chef from Brazil
Our new chef, Mariana Campos D'Almeida, is from Brazil, she studied at Paul Bocuse in Lyon and worked as a chef in both Brazil and Paris before coming to Singapore to revamp The Butcher’s Wife’s menu.
